In the process of repairing bearings, first of all, we need to have a detailed understanding of the bearing model and code, and try to use the original model as much as possible. Some equipment's connecting rod bearings often suffer damage, and the outer ring of the bearing is difficult to remove from the connecting rod hole. If you use a hacksaw, it is easy to slip and damage the connecting rod. At this time, you can place the connecting rod on a vise, use a sleeve head to support the outer ring of the bearing, and use a slightly larger sleeve head to support the side and clamp the vise. At this time, the outer ring of the bearing will be pressed out. It is worth noting that the inner and outer rings of the bearing must not be directly struck. Timely inspect the bearings, and if minor issues are found, take appropriate measures as soon as possible.
